What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
Throughout the process, I’ll communicate with you at every step and make sure you’re satisfied, yet if you aren’t, I give 3 revisions to change how the project(site/app) looks/works.
Can I get my money back if I don’t want to continue?
Yes, at any time, you can pull out and get all of your money back. If you do so however, you will not own or be able to use any of the goods that I created while we worked together.
How do I know that I can trust you with my money?
I use a simple contract that is easy to understand. We agree on the terms and sign or “e-sign” a contract in plain English that guarantees safety for both parties.
